At PowerSip, we want to get your new portable blender to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Please review our shipping details below.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Estimated delivery: 8–14 calendar days from the date of shipment.

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on your location).

  • Tracking is included for every order.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once the package is handed over to the carrier.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China. No additional customs fees or import duties are charged to US customers.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order at powersip.customersupport@gmail.com. Once the order has been processed, changes may not be possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If you believe the package was lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim.
