We want you to love your PowerSip blender. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee for eligible returns.
30-Day Guarantee
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable).
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The request must be reasonable and not reflect normal wear and tear.
How to Start a Return

with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

Package the item securely and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used or show signs of wear beyond simple inspection.
